See what Skidmore students like to do when they aren’t studying. Take a walk around the rows of tables, chat with current club members, find out what club events are the most well known, take information and sign up to join the club or clubs that you would enjoy the most!

Bands on the Green-Fall/Spring
When the weather is nice on Friday Afternoons, students come out onto the green, the middle of campus to hang out, play Frisbee, and listen to some great music from various local and nationally know artists.

Oktoberfest-Fall
Organized by the SENIOR CLASS, Oktoberfest is the first of many full weekends of fun! In the sprit of Fall you will enjoy unique activities, apple cider, doughnuts, and more!

Junior Ring Weekend-Fall
The Junior Class has the chance to dazzle the Skidmore community with a spectacular list of activities including: a student art show in the Tang Museum, Semi-Formal Dance, Holiday Tree Lighting Ceremony, and a Late-Night Breakfast with Entertainment.

Student Entertainment Company Presents-Fall/Spring
Music, dancing, and good times when SEC brings in their Fall and Spring entertainment open to campus and community. Possible attractions include: Bands, Comedians, and Celebrities!

Winter Carnival-Spring
The first year class gets their chance to organize another full weekend of events and activities. A comedy festival, dance, fireworks, and a class brunch are some of the most exciting events to put an end to cabin fever!

Spring Fling-Spring
Join the sophomores as they celebrate nice weather, and the end of the academic year with a spring semi-formal and other fun activities before final exams begin!

Fun Day-Spring
Inflatable Games, Cotton Candy, Dunk Tank, BBQ, Music, all out on the campus green. Skidmore’s last hoorah of the semester!

Lively Lucy’s Coffee Houses
-Falstaff’s turns into Skidmore’s own coffee lounge complete with unique performers, singers and poets.

Class/Club Parties with DJ’s
-Class Organizations as well as clubs can hire a DJ and sponsor a Dance Party in Falstaff’s
Club Trips
-Many of the clubs will use their budgets to sponsor trips to various locations. Hiking, Sailing, Camping, Metropolitan Cities, Volunteer Sites, are a few examples.

Musicals and Plays
-Each semester many theater groups and students perform outstanding shows open to the campus and community.

Acapella Jams/Dance Performances
-Many times during the year you can hear the amazing voices from one of the four acapella groups, or see a unique dance performance choreographed by student members from the various dance groups.
