Eligibility and Group Composition
The group is composed of students from each of the five member colleges, a faculty representative from a member college, and a faculty assistant. Students from non-NSSYICCSI institutions may be admitted on a space-available basis, and may apply for the program trhough the agency institution: Dr. Jeremy Geller, NYSICCSI Administrator, Office of Off-Campus Programs, Hobart and William Smith Colleges, Geneva, New York 14456 - 3397 (315: 781 - 3634).
Students must meet all of their homne campus' criteria for study abroad, and must complete a NYSICCSI application which includes written statements and requires two faculty recommendations. Applicants must demonstrate a strong academic record, personal and emotional maturity and stability, and good physical health. Students from any major may participate in the program.
