Semester Grade Web Access and Mailing

• Semester grades are available for viewing within the Skidmore Student System. If for some reason, you absolutely must have a paper copy of the grade report mailed to you, please stop by the Registrar's Office in Starbuck Center to complete and sign a request.

• We do not mail grade reports to both the student and parent unless specifically
  requested in writing by the student.

• In order for custodial or non-custodial parents to receive their own copies of their students' grade reports, the students must specifically request the mailing in writing. The parents' name and address must be included in the request along with the students' signature. This is a one-time request and will only be stopped by another written request from the student.

• The student may send the information in a letter or stop into the Registrar's Office and fill out a quick form.

• Please refer to the Family Rights and Privacy Act of the College Catalog for additional policy information regarding release of information to parents or other family members.
