The Budget and Finance committee has made some forms available for download below. The Fund Request Criteria form is available in the leadership activities office.

Before you use the online forms please make sure you have familiarized yourself with the 2007 - 2008 Financial Policies.

Office Hours: Appointments are available by request.

Budget and Finance Committee: Meets Monday at 6:00 PM in the SGA Office

Check Requests : Checks will be approved on Monday and Wednesday and must be submitted by noon for consideration. Checks that are approved on Monday and Wednesday will be signed on Tuesday and Thursday respectively, and will be available for pick-up after 3:30pm at the Office of Leadership Activities.
