SGA Parking Court

Welcome to the Skidmore SGA Parking Court website. If you have received a parking ticket and you wish to appeal the subsequent fine, you're in the right place.

Parking Court meets each Monday @ 7pm in Ladd 206.

Please bring a completed copy of our printable appeal form along with your ticket to court. Remember that in both cases you must complete the form in accordance with the guidelines described below. Appeals that are not filed correctly will not be heard.

Before you decide to appeal, please be aware that the Parking Court will not overturn tickets based on the following:

• "I was late to class"

• "I wasn't aware of the Skidmore parking policies"

• "I've already received tickets for this same violation"

• "I can not afford to pay the fine"

When completing your appeal form, please be as thorough as possible. Also, please remember that all members of the Skidmore Community are held to the Honor Code. Those who are found to have been untruthful on the Parking Ticket Appeal Form or during the Parking Court Hearing will be held in violation of the Honor Code and taken to the Integrity Board.
