PARKING COURT

Welcome to the SGA Parking Court appeals home page. Please read all the instructions and fill out the following form to ensure your appeal is properly processed.

  1. Parking tickets issued after 16th of October have fourteen (14) days to submit an appeal using this form. Tickets issued before 16th of October have until 29th of October to submit an appeal.
  2. Upon completing this form your appeal will be added to the end of the of the queue.
  3. Parking Court will not overturn tickets based on:
    • Being late to class
    • Being unaware of Skidmore parking policies
    • Having already received several parking tickets
    • Being unable to afford to pay the ticket
  4. Once parking court reviews your appeal, you will receive an e-mail with the parking court's decision. ALL PARKING COURT DECISIONS ARE FINAL
  5. If your ticket is overturned: You need not worry about anything else. The Parking Court Chair will ensure that you do not get billed.
  6. If your appeal is rejected: the Parking Court's Decision is final. You should go to the Leadership Activities Office on the 3rd Floor of Case Center to pay your fine.
