Developing Advising Relationships

As a UWW student, you will work closely with two advisors to develop an individualized program -- an academic advisor from the UWW office and a Skidmore faculty advisor who can offer guidance in your area of academic focus. These two advisors will review your interests and goals with you thoroughly and direct you, at your pace, through all stages of your program.

As the student, you are at the center of this process. We often say that the student is a member of a three-person committee that is responsible for designing the program.

Our academic advisors are available for informational interviews. Please call the UWW office at (866) 310-6444 to arrange a convenient time to meet.
