Workshop Aims

1. To initiate a discussion on the standards and expectations of college-level writing.
2. To develop a list of standards and expectations for writing in specific academic disciplines.
3. To create resources presenting conventions, standards, and expectations for writing and for responding to student texts in each participant's specific academic discipline.
