First-year applicants can apply through the Common App, Coalition App, or QuestBridge. Choose Early Decision I, Early Decision II, or Regular Decision.

What’s coming up?

If you’re (even a little bit) interested in Skidmore, we hope you'll introduce yourself by attending one of our upcoming events. We promise you’ll meet happy, friendly people with really cool stories who are always respectful of your time. 

Most Tuesdays at 7 p.m., experience a live, small-group information session where you can meet with an Admissions counselor, ask questions, and learn a little more about Skidmore.

On select Thursdays at 7 p.m., take part in live, small-group student chats where you can meet with several Skidmore students and ask all your questions. These sessions are themed, but we welcome all questions.

On select Wednesdays, at least once per month, join us for themed panel discussions with our alumni. Learn how their time at Skidmore prepared them for life after Skidmore.

Jan. 25, 2027 at 7 p.m.

Hear directly from Skidmore College President Marc C. Conner during this exclusive virtual event for prospective students, applicants, and their families. President Conner will share his perspective on what makes Skidmore distinctive, the strength of our academic community, and the opportunities that await students here. Then, we'll open the floor for a live Q&A, giving you the chance to ask questions and hear directly from the president himself.
